Hello bowling friends new and old,
Our new 2011/2012 season starts this Wednesday, September 7th. We’re very excited to see all of our old friends again and to add some new faces to our group. This first night will be free and we’ll try to arrange people into teams of 4 so we would appreciate that people arrive by 6:30 pm to make sure we can get teams set up and begin bowling by 7 pm. If you’ve already got your team of 4 set up just let us know who you’ll be bowling with on Wednesday. If for some reason you can’t make it on the 7th don’t be shy to come the next Wednesday and we’ll fit you onto a team. The more, the merrier, as they say! If you’ve got your own shoes and/or ball don’t forget to bring them with you, otherwise you can rent shoes from Splitsville and use one of the lane’s balls. You don’t have to have any previous experience bowling to join up, you need only to show up and be ready to have fun. Look for the Golden Horseshoes Bowling League banner.
