I confirm I have read the payment expectations to the league and agree to make the payments listed above, regardless of your attendance, on the indicated bowling events between September 3 and December 17, 2025 inclusive, for a predicted total of 16 bowling events and $370.00:

Note: If a bowling night is cancelled by Burlington Bowl or by the GHBL due to inclement weather, members are not required to make the $20.00 payment on that date. These will be announced by the GHBL President.
